Delivered a 6-week hands-on programme for 24 older adults learning to use their first smartphone. Covered setup, navigation, contacts, and messaging. 92% of participants felt confident using their device by week 6.
Age Action Online Safety Workshop Series
Ran 4 interactive workshops on recognising scams, creating strong passwords, and managing privacy settings. 37 participants across the series learned practical strategies they could use immediately on their own devices.
Home Device Setup & Video Calling
Provided personalised in-home setup for 18 older adults, configuring email, video calling apps, and helping them connect with family. Focused on their specific needs rather than rushing through technical steps.
