Technology Shouldn't Be Intimidating

Here's what we've learned working with hundreds of seniors: you don't lack ability — you just need someone who understands your pace. testlog Ltd started because we saw a real gap. Older adults wanted to video call grandchildren, safely manage their email, and feel confident online. But most tech support treated them like they should already know everything. We don't work that way.

We've trained over 350 people across Waterford in smartphone basics, tablet navigation, device security, and spotting online scams. We've helped grandparents set up video calling with family abroad.
